About IT Challenge


IT Challenge is a project that AIESEC Cluj Napoca has been implementing in his local environment for two years. This is the third edition and the purpose of it is to connect students from the Technical University and Computer Science Faculty with companies from the IT & C field in a competition meant to help students develop skills and gain experience in the IT field in order to have an international internship.


The project involves students with technical background, in their field of study, with a drive to develop their potential and challenge their skills. During the project the students will be divided into 6 teams, formed of 5 students, each one of them having an assignment from the companies involved in the project.


The project parts:



  • 1. IT University - This part consists of trainings delivered by companies specialized in the IT field.

  • 2. IT Challenge -This part consists of 2 months, during wich the participants selected and split into 6 teams will have to solve the tasks given by the companies.

  • 3. International internship – The participants will start to prepare for the international internship.

  • The 30 participants are currently working on a IT project. Final date for the project is 28 May 2010.
